So its been quite a while since I last posted and that's because life has been just crazy. God has been doing so many GREAT things in my life so here's an update!
A few weeks ago I was offered the opportunity to go to Quito, Ecuador this summer for a week with my church's mission team. After a long discussion with my parents and many hours of prayer I got the final okay that I will get to go! I'm so excited because I had been praying about this for a very long time. I know God has something amazing in store for everyone going on our trip!
The last weekend in February I went to CRosSWILD! It was really kinda crazy how the opportunity appeared for me to go. I hadn't planned on attending this year which was very sad because its the last time I would able to go as a student. All the forces in the world were pretty much working against me to go but God had a much different plan! I had an amazing time and grew so much closer to God. In one of our sessions they told us that it was time to get specific, meaning that God has called you to something or someone and you need to figure out what it is through prayer and go for it. The time is now. This really hit me hard because I knew God had placed a person in my life to minister to and I needed to step up and do so. It blows my mind how God has a plan for everything that happens.
After CRosSWILD I came home and God has just continued to use me in so many different ways! Its been and exhausting few weeks but I'm so excited to see what the future holds as I approach the end of my senior year! My tasks for the next few months will be graduation and raising more money to go to Ecuador to continue to shine HIS light!
